LGANT Attends Ryerson University to Promote Employment Opportunities

LGANT has partnered with the GNWT "Come Make Your Mark Campaign" to attend a Career Forum on January 24, at the Ryerson University in Toronto. Program Design Analyst & Special Projects Coordinator, Chelsey Andrews will be attending the Public and Community Services Fair with other GNWT staff to promote employment opportunities and careers offered by community governments in the Northwest Territories. Students at Ryerson (www.ryerson.ca ) are being trained for many careers applicable to community governments including public administration and governance. Program Design Analyst, Chelsey Andrews will be speaking to students looking for internship, part-time, and full-time work and encouraging them to think about working in the NWT. LGANT also attended Careers Day 2010 at the University of Alberta (U of A) on September 22, 2010.
